New suggestion- mandatory Noob post when signing up

How about directing people to make a mandatory NOOB introduction post on the already created thread when they sign up? Could definitely be cool.

I have a notice that any users with less than 5-posts sees that instructs them to go to the noob post and introduce themselves. They can dismiss it and never do that but it at least points them in the right direction. It definitely is nice to see an intro post.
