Death Valley and Joshua Tree suggestions

I will be in Death Valley next week and was looking for suggestions on what to see. Unfortunately I only have 2 days. I was hoping to climb Telescope Peak, but with the latest storm coming in, not sure that will be doable (though I will have snowshoes, axe and crampons with me). Interested in just about anything, peaks to canyons and the best places to camp. I won't have any ropes for technical canyons though.

I will also be in Joshua Tree for 2 days, have most of that planned out, but if there is place not to be missed or a good camping area, I would like to hear about it.

We liked dayhiking Golden Canyon up to Zabriskie Point, then back down Gower Gulch to make a loop. A very nice one-day 8 mile hike or so...

And we loved dayhiking Mosaic Canyon as well..

Thanks for the reply. Looks like a great canyon, great photos! Have you camped in the park before? Have a preferred campground and spot?
