So I am in search of a long sleeping bag guys. I am about 6'6" tall. I have found several but they are out of my price range. Any suggestions would be awesome.

I'm 6'4" so most of the standard long bags work for me. I know he's traveling still, but maybe @markj can chime in. I think he's about that tall. One thing I have learned is that when you're not the usual shape, you sometimes have to just suck it up and spend the big bucks on a key piece like your sleeping bag.

I'm 6'5" and have a couple different brands of long sleeping bags (western mountaineering, kelty, the north face). I've never found a long bag that wasn't long enough for me.

Hey Spencer, sorry about the late response. I'm 6'6" and use a REI Mojave 15-degree sleeping bag in a long size that I've had for years. It's a down bag, fits comfortably and has kept me warm backpacking as early as March and as late as October. I love it so much in fact, that I plan on just having it refilled with down when that day eventually arrives. I also found the women's version for my wife after she struggled to find a bag to keep her warm enough, and she loves it too. Unfortunately it looks like they've discontinued it and your only other options would be the Lumen, (synthetic, probably not as warm, but around your price range), and the Radiant, (down but more expensive). Let us know what you end up with.
