Need to find one great Uintas hike

My wife and I are coming out and will actually have family around to watch the kids. We want to scamper off to the Uintas, the roads closest to Park City, and get out for a 8-12 mile RT hike. If you could do just 1 what would be a good one for great views and overall experience?

Hmmm... I have enjoyed time in Naturalist and Amethyst Basin. Both of those would meet your criteria have fun with whatever you do!
