Visited a local DEC wildlife area close to our home ... on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Loop trail around the marsh through the forest with some long bridges across portions of the marsh.

beaver "house" ... not sure if it's inhabited any longer as I didn't see any recent activity anywhere around the marsh ...

It was a nice relaxing afternoon hike around the marsh ... hiked maybe 2.5 miles all told. Quite different than the 10+ miles we had walked the day before in NYC.

Thanks for the share! Love all the close up shots. That frog looks adorable!
