Generally I think a win for most Utahns. If I owned land though, I'd be standing by ready to press charges for trespass if someone so much as dropped a cigarette butt on the bank on their way through. I know a landowner who used to allow access on the Weber River, but shut it down after too many people chased his cows and left trash behind for him to pick up.
