Sitting here with 3 or 4 inches that fell overnight at my house. Just happy we got anything since it's been so dry the last couple months. Glad to see West Yellowstone and Island Park getting blasted. And Utah! I hope Utah gets tons this year to make up for last year.

Full on winter was a bit late here in Alberta, but has definitely arrived over the last 2 weeks. Having been down in the desert last month, feeling enthusiastic about the snow season has been a bit tougher than usual, but we're getting into it.

After th warmest Dec 1-15 on record in Th Austin area, winter is coming..50 or for highs n 38 ish for lows next two days..people will be burnin logs in th fireplaces n wearin down jackets( I kid ya not!).. but worry not for us..it’ll be 83/58 Christmas Eve…Santa will be turnin on th A/C in th sleigh!

Update..woke up to 67 degrees here in Austin metroplex…th front has arrived..down to 62 n 10 mph north winds …peoole all over here will be gettin out their down parkas..it th brisk, blustery north wind will lower temps throughout th day to and overnite low of 38!


Y’all stay warm n safe up there…while I chuckle at th knuckleheads down here freezin in 50 degree temps…
