Only two thus far...☹️☹️☹️☹️I was able to head out late afternoon th last of Jan. to th Goodwater Trail for a 3 day 2 nighter that loops 26 or so miles round Lake Georgetown in central Texas..I ended up doin 23 ish miles...temps were in th 70’s and 50s overnite s , a bit warm( before th northern hit 2 weeks later n temps dropped to -1). Still ealrly nuff for to not worry bout th rattlers n spiders, ticks n scorpions .
It was fun, but I’d prefer th overnite s 40 or lower.
overall it was a nice trip..hope to get out this weekend as it’s supposed to be in th low 60s n 40s overnite!

I might be heading out to the west desert again this weekend. I'll see if I can lasso one of those Stansbury Bison; tie its legs with piggin string and a hooey, and then I'll sheer it for your cold weather underwear.

Total 4 Nights

March 8-10 | Escalante Area | 2 Nights
May 4-6 | Bryce Canyon | 2 Nights

We actually camped at Ruby's Inn Campground. When I initially reserved the sites online I reserved 2 tent sites and an RV site for my brother-in-law. When we checked in they told us that the RV site was large enough that if we wanted we could pitch our tents there. I was surprised because they gave us a full refund on the tent sites. The RV sites weren't as scenic but it did make meals much easier.

You're not in Utah right now, are you? I just saw a rig like this roll through my neighborhood and immediately thought of you!
That’s pretty funny. Yes, that’s probably my rig. I’m actually in Moab housesitting for a friend who borrowed it to go camping for a week. She said she was going to Price to visit family. That’s pretty interesting that you happened to see it go by. At least I would guess it was mine considering she said she was going to be up there. If you see it again, mine has a big tiger decal in the back window.

I was playin' in the back yard with the doggos when I saw it go by, and didn't have my glasses on, but it looked like a USMC logo on the left side of the back window. That made me question whether it was your ride (unless you were in the Marines? :) ) But a tiger makes much more sense.
