Klymit customer service

Just wanted to give a shout out to Klymit for there great customer service. Seems like we here a lot of negative about customer service and not much of positive. I have the inertia X frame pad, and I had some problems with a few leaks that I just kept patching, finally I thought there is no way that I should be getting these leaks due to normal use. I called Klymit and they said they would take a look at it. Luckly I live in the same city that they are located in. I took the pad in yesterday and dropped it off so there warranty person could take a look at it. A few hours later I received a call back that if I could stop back by they would have a new pad waiting. . Thanks Klymit for the great customer service. Oh and I love the X frame pad super light, compact and comfortable.

When I called them to order my Static V pad they were really friendly and my pad arrived the next day! I will definitely be buying more gear from them.

I can't use Klymit. I'm a big guy (over 200 lbs) and my hip bottoms out on the Klymit Static V. Too bad cause I really like the pad.

It's too late I bought a Big Agnes air core. My hip does not touch anymore but I'm worried about cold weather.
