Quail Fire: Alpine Utah

I took the first shot about 20min after the fire started from my front yard. Once the sun started going down a few of us made our way up to the evacuation line to watch the fire go to bed and crawl across the mountain. Notice the flames are moving against the wind and through the retardant.... lots of fuel up there.

My buddy Randy got some pretty killer shots of some drops before I got there.
