"Armpit" concessionaire is a truly awful organization......I miss the days when lowest bidder private contractors and wreck dot gov did not exist and the park service actually did what they were supposed to do and that is run the parks themselves.

I agree with above.

These are huge contracts...there are only a handful of operations that have the bandwidth to put in a proposal for the contract and unfortunately that means you only end up with these same few outfits. Money making enterprises that do not seem to care at all about the parks or customer service.
