Album Black & White

Coincidentally... I just tried playing with B&W for the first time today. Nowhere near the awesomeness of your Winds shot, but I kind of like them.

My first tries at B&W, shot a few days ago with my S100.

Monitors matter :D.

Did the two I posted above on one monitor and liked them. Looked at them earlier today on another monitor and they look way over cooked!

I dig that Doll's House shot Randy! I tried visiting that site early this spring but still too much snow to get up anywhere near it. Will be in the area again next week though and plan on making a quick stop to check it out.

I liked the 2 images. Both are pretty cooked on all of my monitors. But it works on #2 very nicely.

X2 on Randy's Doll House. I have seen that view before, but the mood, detail and texture stand out.

Yvonne's shot is cool, just get rid of the blue and you have B&W!

I noticed this same thing on a night shot I posted. Looked great at home. Viewed it later at work and it looked like :poop:

Wow! That's gorgeous Dan!!!

Hey, I was just wondering yesterday, when is "The Last of the Great Unknown" going to be out?

I think it actually screens on "Outside" website next week, and then it is available for purchase in August. Hopefully screening in Salt Lake around the OR show too.

In other words, still not sure...

Sounds good. Let us know if you find out anymore information! :twothumbs:
