The cats of Backcountrypost.com

Anything on the floor or chair.... Especially quilts the wife is working on become our cats property

You're a braver man than me @Ugly. I don't let my cats anywhere near my sleeping bags. I'm afraid they'll put holes in them. :)
My youngest cat occasionally launches onto the shoulders of her human cat tree. Unfortunately, I was wearing my old GoLite down jacket when she last unsuccessfully attempted this. She tore a several inch hole in the back (now repaired). I too keep my newer down sleeping bags away from the cats.

In the spirit of BCP tabbies (and the OGs of the cat world), I found this little one hanging out in my backyard. I live on the edge of National Forest, where outdoor cats have a low survival rate, so when I saw that no one was bringing him inside at night, I brought him into my house. He's had no interest in going back outside. TBD if the older sisters will get used to him, but he's otherwise enjoying down comforters, cat toys, and treats.
